Roads Closed for the Winter

After substantial snowfall over the past weekend, the filing roads at Arrowhead are now closed to regular vehicles. Enjoy your snowmobiles and max-tracked Rangers, but be careful out there!



Revisions to Regulations and Board Handbook

At the April 24, 2014 Special Meeting of the Board of Directors, two revisions to the Regulations and two changes to the Board Handbook were approved. These included the following:
--Camping and Recreational Vehicle (“RV”) Use
--Enforcement Policies and Procedures
--Amendment to Section 2. a. of the Policy of Dispute Resolution between the Association and Owners
--Correction to Paragraph 3. Special Elections of K. Election Procedure

2015 AIA Budget Approved

The 2015 Budget was approved at the October 18th Board of Directors Meeting with one change; Account 725 – Hazel Lake Repair was revised from 0 to $336. View Budget.



Winter Parking Lot Now Open

Please be sure to obtain stickers from Arrowhead Patrol and contact them for winter parking plan and rules. The lot closes on May 31st.



GCEA Policy Change
