March Board of Directors Meeting to be held in Montrose

The Saturday, March 16, 2013 meeting of the Board of Directors will be held at The Bridges Clubhouse at 2500 Bridges Drive in Montrose. Instead of holding two separate meetings as has been done in the past, this year, both meetings will be combined into one day-long meeting. Montrose was selected for the March meeting because the road closures in Arrowhead coupled with the winter closure of the Inn at Arrowhead caused a hardship for non-year-round owners.

The morning session of the Board meeting will be a working session and consist of agenda items normally relegated to what used to be called the Board Workshop. There will be a lunch break and owners and directors may choose to have lunch at Remington’s, the restaurant located in the clubhouse at The Bridges.

Owners who want to attend only the afternoon session may enjoy coming early in order to enjoy lunch at Remington’s before the start of the afternoon session.

The afternoon session will follow a similar format as has been done in the past, with committee and manager reports along with board reports and possible voting on items of importance.
The agenda and times for the meeting will be posted on the Arrowhead website.

Owner comments and questions will be welcome at a specified time during both the morning and afternoon sessions.

The Bridges Clubhouse is located at 2500 Bridges Drive. Here are the directions: Take Townsend ( Highway 550) South. Turn Left at Oak Grove Road (Walgreens is on the left corner). Proceed until you see the Clubhouse on the right. The meeting is on the second floor. Click here to view a map of the location.

The morning session will start at 11:00 AM. If you can not attend the meeting, you can listen via teleconference. The number to call is: 605-475-4000. The access code is 1022622#.

There will be a lunch break at 1:00 PM. Lunch is available at the Bridges or at other nearby fast food venues.

The afternoon session will reconvene at 2:00 PM. There will be a "Call for Owner Comments" at both sessions.
