Special Meeting of the Board of Directors

There will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on Saturday, April 26, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at the Arrowhead Firehouse to discuss and consider adopting the proposed regulations and policies:

	--New Camping and Recreational Vehicle (“RV”) Use regulation which would replace Section II, Article 1.a. of the Regulations;
	--The proposed Arrowhead Improvements Association, Inc., Enforcement Policies and Procedures which would replace Section III – Non-Compliance Assessments Regulations of the Regulations;
	-- Proposed Amendment to Section 2.a. of the Policy of Dispute Resolution between the Association and Owners for the Board Handbook;
	--Proposed correction to K. Election Procedure (approved 3/15/14) for the Board Handbook.

If roads have not been plowed open by the 26th, transportation will be available from the commercial area parking lot located just north of the Inn starting at 1:30 p.m. Please arrive early to allow time to be shuttled over to the firehouse if the roads are not yet plowed. And please watch this website & e-mail blasts for any announcement of road openings.
