At the August 16, 2014, Board of Directors Meeting, the Board plans to take action on a proposed amendment to the Regulations. The existing wording in the Regulations was imposed due to a one-time problem. Compaction requirement in that language could damage the water system. Contractors working in Arrowhead now are restoring road cuts to original or better condition. Therefore, the Design Review Committee has recommended this change--click here to view.

The Annual Owners Meeting of AIA will be held on August 16, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Arrowhead Firehouse. Both of these are also being mailed to owners of record and posted on the community bulleting boards at the firehouse as well as at the maintenance shop building. We hope you will attend.

At the July 19, 2014 Board of Directors Meeting, the Board unanimously approved the Design Review Committee’s recommendation to suspend the $250 utility permit fee listed in our Regulations in Article 2 – Use of Sites, d. Permits Required (2.) That suspension is of the fee only; the permit requirement remains in effect. Click here to view.

The Records Inspection & Production Policy which was previously posted for possible adoption at the June 21, 2014 Board of Directors meeting was adopted at that meeting and can be found on the Board News, Information & Financials page under Board Handbook Revision.

At the April 24, 2014 Special Meeting of the Board of Directors, two revisions to the Regulations and two changes to the Board Handbook were approved. These included the following:
--Camping and Recreational Vehicle (“RV”) Use
--Enforcement Policies and Procedures
--Amendment to Section 2. a. of the Policy of Dispute Resolution between the Association and Owners
--Correction to Paragraph 3. Special Elections of K. Election Procedure
