Important Message from Board President, Kim Norwood:

All please read the follow regarding the Proposed Amended and Restated Regulations.

To recap: Over the past two years the board undertook the task of reviewing all of our governing
documents. Some have asked why we have done this.

1. First of all, I assume total responsibility for this process. It was done at my request when I was elected
president of the board. I recall most, or all of us on the board had been approached by owners with issues
they wanted to see addressed. When I saw this, I recommended to the board that instead of just
addressing pet issues brought to us, let’s review all the documents in their entirety to make sure everything
is clear and up to date and make changes where needed and affirm those areas that we believed did not
require a re-write. I suggested this method based on an assignment I had in the Army where our entire job
of the 100 people in our building was reviewing and revising every single Field Manual and Regulation
every 18 months. It was a tedious process but it ensured our regulations constantly stayed current. The
only agenda was to use a proven process and take a comprehensive look at all our regulations and make
recommendations for change where we felt warranted and affirm other areas we felt warranted no
adjustment. Click here to read more . . .
