Carol Flick, a valued member of the Arrowhead Board of Directors for over 2 1/2 years has resigned her position on the Board. She will be greatly missed.
At the May 18 board meeting, the Board will be selecting a replacement to fill the remainder of Carol’s term of office which expires on the date of the first board meeting in January, 2014.
If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please submit a brief resume or biography to the Secretary of the board no later than noon May 14, 2013. Please include your Arrowhead address and your contact information. Also, tell us if you will be able to attend the May 18 board meeting in person in order to be introduced as a candidate to the owners. It is not required that you be able to attend the May meeting to be considered for the board position. Candidates may be interviewed via teleconferencing at a pre-determined time during the meeting.
