After many months of hard work, the revised Regulations are now ready for property owner review and comments.
While the Board began this work primarily to correct typos, reformat for ease of reading and include the RV Regulation and the Enforcement Rules adopted this past year, there were a few clarifications of existing rules as well as changes required by new HOA laws that were incorporated. To make it easy to find these, we’ve included a list of changes.
Please review these changes and the Regulations document itself and provide your comments to the Board via email prior to or at the January 17th Work Session and Meeting which is being held at the Inn at Arrowhead. Please note that the Board did include all the CCIOA governing policies as appendices to the Regulations for easy reference. Thanks for your patience.
