  • The Arrowhead Volunteer Fire Dept. 4th of July picnic was a wonderful time and great fund raiser!
  • Thanks goes out to all the people who helped with all the various undertakings of the picnic. This community is AWESOME. Star said that the Flea Market went well generating approx. $2200.00
  • The Wildflower Walk will be at 9:30 Friday July 6th. Meet at the Inn and Linda Dysart will lead us on the walk.
  • The large dumpster came up early but will stay until July 11th. It was full as of July 2nd but it will be replaced soon. Arrowhead residents don’t miss your change to get rid of large unwanted items.
  • The bugs, flies, bees, moths, etc. seem to be bad right now and we could really use some rain.
  • Kathy Leary has been working on an agenda for several different training events; check out the revamped Fire Department page for more info. Thank you Kathy for taking the time to do this.
  • Ratliff’s had a bear walk on their porch July 2nd at 7:00 am. Not a very handsome one at that!
  • The Canada Thistle is doing very well up here, so we need to spray them. The saying goes “pull a weed, drop a seed. Actually, drop lots of seeds”.
  • Dee Sedgwick had an emergency call this last week and we all wish him well. Hope your better soon!

Please contact Cheri Ratliff if you have current information, that would be of interest to Arrowhead property owners. Sample: 1st bear sighting, road conditions, community happenings, Happy Birthday, etc.
